Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin (Cavan-Monaghan, Sinn Fein)

There is a crisis in nursing provision in this State. There appears to be more than just a crisis in nursing; there is a crisis in Government in terms of addressing the legislative programme in regard to nurses and midwives.
