I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following specific matter of public interest requiring urgent consideration: the need for a full public inquiry into the murder of an Irish public representative, Donegal County Councillor Eddie Fullerton, particularly given the evidence of collusion by British security forces in the case, the serious flaws in the original Garda investigation, including the failure to question suspects and a key witness, and the lack of PSNI co-operation with the present reinvestigation.
