Question 66: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if there are plans to review the procedures used for the issuing and execution of deportation orders, in view of his decision to revoke the deportation order in respect of Mr. Olukunle Elukanlo; if the file in respect of this case had been read by him prior to the signing of a deportation order; if files in general are read by him prior to signing deportation orders; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
