Question 2: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the cost of adopting a policy involving the repayment in full of all illegal charges to patients who are still alive and invoking the Statute of Limitations in regard to the estates of patients who are deceased, in relation to the illegal charging of long stay patients; if she has received legal advice that such a course of action is sustainable; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
