I wish to raise two matters. First, in light of a situation where a young 19 year old person had to go to hospital after a fracas in Clones the other night, when will the alcohol products (control of advertising, sponsorship and marketing practices-sales promotions) Bill come into this House so that we can discuss and deal with such matters? Second, can we have a debate on agriculture to allow us to discuss the closure of the Teagasc office in Bailieborough——
