It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that Nos. a9 and 9a shall be decided without debate. Private Members' business shall be No. 35, Planning and Development (Amendment) Bill 2005 — Second Stage (resumed) to conclude at 8.30 p.m.
