I request the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate an issue of urgent public importance, namely, the decision of the north-eastern area of the Health Service Executive to take four autistic children into care and the need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children to investigate the matter and ensure that the best possible solution for the children and their parents is proposed.
