Requests to move Adjournment of Dáil under Standing Order 31.
11:00 am
Séamus Healy (Tipperary South, Independent)
I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to immediately commence the appointment of community gardaí and the installation of closed circuit television cameras in towns and cities throughout the country in order to deal with the ongoing scourge of anti-social behaviour and to enable the Minister to make a statement on the matter.
