Before coming to the Order of Business, I must deal with a postponed division relating to the suspension of a Member. Last Thursday, 17 February 2005, on the question, "That Deputy Penrose be suspended from the service of the Dáil", a division was claimed and, in accordance with Standing Order 61, that division must be taken now.
