Requests to move Adjournment of Dáil under Standing Order 31.
10:30 am
Dan Neville (Limerick West, Fine Gael)
I seek the adjournment of the Dáil to discuss a matter of urgent national importance namely the illegal deduction by health boards from State benefits of people with intellectual disability who reside in public institutions and that under no circumstances should the statute of limitations be applied to the calculation of refunds.
