Health (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2004: Statements.
5:00 pm
John Gormley (Dublin South East, Green Party)
The Tánaiste deserves it. She has presided over the worst accident and emergency crisis ever, worse than during the tenure of her predecessors, Deputies Martin and Cowen. Approximately 422 people were on trolleys while she was on holidays. If it was a Fianna Fáil Minister, he or she would have been excoriated for doing that. The primary care strategy is in tatters and MRSA is rampant.
