Question 344: To ask the Minister for Transport his views on the proposals from Irish Rail for the construction of an interconnector tunnel linking Connolly and Spencer Dock with Heuston Station with the provision of underground stations linking existing services including Luas in the context of an integrated transport system for Dublin.
