Question 132: To ask the Minister for Transport his views on whether the reopening of a rail-link between Dunboyne and Dublin's city centre as expressed by Irish Rail cannot go ahead unless Irish Rail develops a third intercity rail station in Dublin, such as that proposed at Spencer Dock in view of the recent support for same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
