I propose the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss a matter of urgent importance, namely, the report of the review of the Ruddle panel, which examined the death of Róisín Ruddle on 1 July 2003 at Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children in Crumlin, and the need to introduce, as a matter of urgency, the improvement plan that was outlined for the children's hospital in Crumlin.
