I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate a matter of national importance, namely, the failure of the Government to ensure the national roll-out of the BreastCheck programme which has resulted in the needless death of 65 women in the south and west each year since 2000 with possibly hundreds more expected to die before its extension to the south and west in 2008.
