Question 2: To ask the Minister for Agriculture and Food her views on recent research which indicates that other animal organs, previously considered safe, could harbour BSE and pose a risk of infection in humans; if she will consider a tightening of restrictions here on foot of this research; if there will be a redefinition of SRMs; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
