I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the ongoing crisis in the psychiatric services where funding is inadequate and people needing individual care, such as my neighbour and friend who failed to get adequate help which led to his suicide, do not get the care they need.
