Michael Ring (Mayo, Fine Gael)

On a point of order, I raised a very important issue. With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, how can I raise this issue in the House today? I put the matter in for the Adjournment debate but the Ceann Comhairle decided to allow for discussion the issue of a medical smart card. Some 350 people are losing their jobs in my town but I cannot raise this in Parliament today. Will the Ceann Comhairle guide me as to how I can raise the matter?
