Question 137: To ask the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the number of plans he has sought under the Official Languages Act 2003 from Departments and State bodies; if there are sufficient Irish speakers within the State service to fully implement all the provisions of the Act; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
