I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to investigate the Government's continuing failure in key areas such as waste reduction, according the EPA National Waste Database published yesterday, the measures needed for effective waste reduction and the benefits of such a strategy, which would focus on producer responsibility.
