Will the Taoiseach be a little more forthcoming with the House in terms of how the average person watching or reading this debate would reconcile that with the remarks of the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform or with the findings of the Independent Monitoring Commission? Will he say something on that? Is he saying the movement away from paramilitarism has not been stalled and that progress is still being made? Will he be a little more forthcoming on why he assesses that to be the position?
