Has the Government considered the Law Reform Commission's report on the court poor box system, which suggested that the poor box be replaced by a court charity fund? Will the Government produce legislation on foot of the report? Will the legislation be produced by the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform or by the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs?
