There was a deliberate decision though to prioritise new routes over enhancing or sustaining existing services. That is obvious. I turn to the NDP sectoral plan announced last week and to DART+ West. We are through planning, there are no legal issues and it is included in the sectoral plan to start construction in 2027. There is an indicative figure of €1 billion. Is that just for the start of the construction? Will more funding have to be allocated at a later stage? Will the project be broken down into different phases? Does it have to go through any further public spending gates or is that it?
