In terms of the allocation for TII, we had a meeting in here recently on the topic of greenways and the impact they were having on rural communities and rural landowners. There is a code of practice for the process around that, but we heard testimony from many landowners regarding issues in that process and about how the process was not being followed properly in many instances. The big issue is the threat of compulsory purchase order, CPO, whereby many landowners were being threatened with CPO, particularly at a very early stage in the process, which is not the correct way that should be carried out. I would like to hear the Minister of State and Department's views on the CPOs and whether he will be pursuing any changes to the process or at least ensuring the process is being followed correctly by TII.
