I get it. You can deal with a whole pile of issues, even in relation to families, where support is needed but they can have their own issues and worries. You are also dealing with third party operators. However, I have had it said by some who work in the sphere there probably needs to be a greater level of planning rather than just dealing with it reactively, which is generally a disaster where a family has just fallen asunder, somebody has got very sick and possibly a child or adult has been left in accident and emergency.
