I think we are unanimous around the table here, as we were on the formation of the Government, that disability is coming from a low base and that there is so much that needs to be done to improve the experience of life for those who live with a disability. It is for that reason that disability has been given number one priority by the Government. We have a unit within the Department of the Taoiseach. Never before has such a priority or status been given to disability. We have over €618 million additional resources going in. We have a capital fund that has almost doubled under this budget. I am in full agreement that more needs to be done here but, as I have said, it will have to be done over the lifetime of this Government.
