I have already said that we are looking at ways of doing planning at an earlier stage and ensuring we have a better targeted provision put in place. We needed a significant uplift in our budget to do that. We have over €500 million in additional funding - €618 million, to be exact - going into disability. All of that will allow us to have a variety of different levers to address many of the issues raised by the Deputy.
