The Ministers are talking aboutan increase of €618 million.. Can we get a breakdown of that? Is any of that just to maintain existing levels of expenditure or service?

The Minister and the Minister of State are both aware of Kevin O'Brien, Variety and the disability trikes. I am talking about maintaining the commitment to the recycle mobility programme and beyond that ensuring that the likes of the Collinstown project are ramped up, no pun intended, and carried out throughout the State. It is about ensuring the funding is there.
