I raise the slight underspend on the access and inclusion model, AIM, which we discussed yesterday at the children and equality committee. I welcome that the scheme has been extended to the full day this year. I also welcome the 10% increase in the capitation for level 7. However, a child was referenced earlier who is two and a half years old and will not start the early childhood care and education, ECCE, programme until September. The child is not currently getting a lot of personal resource hours or access to speech and language therapy or occupational therapy but if she had AIM support, she would be able to attend playschool, but she cannot get AIM until September when she is in ECCE. Are there any plans to change that?
