Reference was made to the newer rehab units around the country. I know that in the west and north-west, there is a dearth of rehab units. In fact, we have none - it is a black spot. I know one was committed to at Roscommon University Hospital in 2015, and a budget was attached to it of €8 million. That disappeared from the capital plan surreptitiously around 2024. We picked up on it and brought it up as a Topical Issue on the floor of the Dáil, and it is back on the capital plan. New rehabilitation is critical infrastructure that should be accessible to people. We are talking about head injuries, acquired brain injury, stroke and spinal injury. It needs to be accessible. The idea that people from the west of Ireland have to go to Dún Laoghaire, a journey of 200 or 250 miles, seems ridiculous.
