Ms Cassen said that in a perfect world, and a best-case scenario, we are probably talking about 30% of people who would take this up. We can have a conversation, as Senator Clonan and others had, on legislation as regards dealing with that. It is about the scenario of how we do this so it is sufficiently bespoke while, at the same time, allows for a level of flexibility. The big issues we have heard about here a number of times are the issues that exist with the wage subsidy scheme, with work and access, that workability is not exactly where it should be and then the fear people have of losing necessary benefits and payments. As much as we need to be ambitious in getting people into employment, we also need to make sure we do not, for want of a better term, screw them over when it happens. I am putting that back to the witnesses.
