I move amendment No. 19:

In page 9, between lines 8 and 9, to insert the following:

“(3) The Minister shall prepare and lay a report before both Houses of the Oireachtas on the membership structure of the My Future Fund and implementing a structure whereby members of the scheme who are on the default investment strategy will be transitioned from different risk categories in a partial and graduated way in order to hedge against the risks of fund transition and the report shall be presented to the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Social Protection within 6 months of the passing of this Act.”.
