I did not mean to interrupt a moment ago. I apologise. I thank Ms Kearns for the answer. It was worth waiting for because she has pretty well enunciated what I had thought. It is good to hear it from her. How can we overcome some of these barriers? The gender part is a major issue. I have been talking about a lack of childcare and a preschool in Boyle in County Roscommon. There is a whole bunch of very well qualified women who cannot go to work because they do not have access to childcare in the area. This affects everyone from those working in factories to teachers and lawyers. The point I am making is that the witnesses are right about the crossover between the gender issue for women getting back into the workplace, or being enabled to go into workplace, and the double disadvantage - I hate using the word "disadvantage" - of living with a disability and trying to do that also. How can we overcome that? Does it need an educational piece or do we need to be pushing for a cultural piece much earlier in life in terms of how we deal with this? I know that is sort of esoteric and not practical but I do think attitudes are a lot to do with this.
