Good morning everybody and a special welcome to my Mayo colleague, Ms Greham. I thank the witnesses for their thought-provoking statements and contributions. Deputy Quaide is correct; it is stark. Our statistics on employment of people with disabilities is one of our great shames. I will direct this question to Ms Greham but everyone is welcome to come in. It relates to how remote and flexible working can be further developed. Covid brought a welcome new wave of working opportunities for disabled people, and what benefits disabled people benefits everybody. Remote and flexible working has made a huge contribution to family life and different things. How could it be used as a long-term measure to remove barriers and increase employment opportunities?
