Ms Kearns mentioned that the equality and human rights commission and the National Disability Authority do not represent individuals on issues like this. Is that a change in the state of affairs? Is there a body of that kind that needs to be more involved? It can be very isolating if it is one personpursuing a case. We know how demoralising and challenging it is to go through something like the Workplace Relations Commission, WRC. Is there are a possibility of group actions or a different way of supporting people with disabilities in this area?
