I will answer this quickly and then let Dr. Hassett in. One thing that could help is clarity around whose responsibility it is and that would have to come from the top down. I am talking about clarity about who this applies to when a student is out in placement and who is responsible for ensuring those reasonable accommodations. The colleges and the employers do not have clarity on this, so as far as they are concerned, they are saying the right thing because they do not know. Clarity from the top down would help a lot and would allow students to say who has responsibility, who is meant to be looking after them and who has a duty of care. I will let Dr. Hassett come in because I cannot remember the second point I was going to make. Apologies.
