Off the top of my head, the one thing I can think of that would improve it relates to the fact that the starting point for many of the people we support is the work placement experience programme, WPEP, which leads nicely on to the wages subsidy scheme. The issue is getting people in the door and getting them trusted and secure in the environment they are in. The wage subsidy scheme then leads just so nicely on after that. If we can get more people availing of the WPEP, we would get more success out of the wage subsidy scheme.
