We have scaled the organisation and the numbers going in. We have people who will transfer from the build team to the operate and maintain team. Part of Ms Fisher's and Ms Meyer's team in the build will move into where Ms Meyer will oversee them in maintenance. We took the decision to put Ms Meyer over connections and maintenance as well as the operation of the build about two years ago and it was predominantly done with what the Cathaoirleach mentioned in mind. It was so we could make the transition smoother and better.
