Service availability is one of the metrics we consider. We also have stringent key performance indicators or service level agreements, SLAs, that we work to, particularly across the repair side of the business. We aim to have at least 85% of all fault reports repaired within two days. That is a metric we measure ourselves against. We consistently or regularly outperform it. For a severity-1 incident – that is, an incident or fault impacting 750 customers or more – we aim to have it repaired within a four-hour period. There are some really tight SLAs that we and our contractors and field engineers work to. We have developed a whole team that is very responsive. As soon as we see a network alarm or issue coming, we work towards meeting the SLAs.
