In our current context, broadband is viewed increasingly as a key utility, like water and electricity, and it supports the running of schools. I had a recent query from a constituent who has a sleep apnea machine, which she cannot implement in her home because of broadband shortcomings. From a health perspective and from so many different others, it is fundamental to our lives. What can we do to ensure affordability for every household, presuming that there is this percentage which are being provided for by private companies?
