I would have said at the very outset that the governance that was there probably in the early stages restricted us from getting up and running and getting to the speed we did. However, when I look back now at the quality of the network we have delivered and we have been forced to deliver by the terms and conditions of the contract, it is second to none. As we get out of the build stage and look forward to the next 20 years or 25 years of running this contract, it does give us great confidence that we have a quality network. It means that we are not going back to clean up a mess that was left in the early stages.
