As the Deputy said, Storm Éowyn was the worst storm in a generation and we still reacted well within that period, considering the devastation across the entire country. We are doing everything we can to improve on that. We are building a network where nobody else wanted to go and which is not located in urban towns but, rather, in the most remote parts of the country. We have left a booklet with the committee which gives members an idea of some of the jurisdictions and geography we are dealing with. Our priority is to get to those areas, restore services and get them back up and running. As I said, we are now moving equipment closer to those areas. There will always be a bit of a lag. It is not within our remit to do everything.
