Some are taking a good while to turn around. There is a two-bedroom flat facing me up on the top that has been idle for months. The council has gone in to do some work on it. A few are still boarded up now. In the small flats, where I met Deputy Gould, no more will be handed out any to anyone else because of the project that will potentially happen. With the big flats, some are boarded up and it is months before they are turned around.
