That was in the original plan presented to the Government last year. It was presented in the final quarter, November I think. They were going to knock two into one and potentially, out of 78 flats in the first phase, 36 would have been lost by making places bigger. When that was presented to the Government, it said it was looking for additionality, not a reduction in homes. That is why that plan was shelved and it is now looking at a deep retrofit.
