When I set this up with the girls, that was our focus. It was not to roar and shout but to put a structure around it. In fairness, we have done that. We are only dealing with one face in Dublin City Council. When we get through the layers, people do not know or do not want to know. They will come back when it suits them. There is no follow-up. There is no way of looking at a live register and seeing that the issue has been reported or what its status is. There is nothing. There is absolutely no follow-up. People will have to go chasing them. Doing that costs people time, effort and frustration. That is not acceptable,-----
