Yes, there are, and we can provide some more information on that. There is a huge disparity in the development of deaf rights and representation around the world but there are some notable examples. Ireland is actually doing reasonably well in terms of representation, but that is probably an indicator of how bad deaf communities around the world have it, rather than Ireland doing particularly well. The Nordic countries are setting examples. America has always set an example. There is a very strong deaf community over there and in the UK. There would be references.
