I welcome the officials from the Department. I presume they watched the witnesses last week who were pro this. This evening, we had those who - I will not say anti - were a little more cautious about the whole thing. There was a big difference of opinion. Mr. Kinsella finished on the matter of water quality. Maybe he can be the judge and jury on where the axe comes down between the two.
