There is no reason it would not help. Of course, it would be beneficial, but I think we have a reasonably good handle on the issues that are there. That is not to say our piers and harbours do not need significant investment; they do. An audit may help. It will add to the information base that we have. However, that information base is not necessarily problematic from the experience I have. That would be my view. Obviously, however, if there was investment in a national audit, which would give us a better and more up-to-date picture, then we would certainly avail of that and see that as being beneficial.
