That is only a microcosm of what is going on around the country. While the committee has a full agenda between now and the end of the year, we should invite the section of the Department responsible for approving foreshore licenses before this committee when we have an opportunity some time next year. It has to be dealt with more expeditiously. When I think of SACs and the fact that we have to go through all of that rigmarole to do small jobs when we are talking about saving lives, we should ask those responsible to appear before the committee. Such jobs should be fast-tracked. In fact, there should be a one-stop-shop for all of those. Let us invite them in, with the approval of the committee, to find out exactly where the difficulties are arising.
