I thank both witnesses for those responses. I have a very quick question for Mr. Lynch on Dunmore East. My colleague Deputy Cullinane and I have been raising this for the past number of years.

Were the works to be carried out next year, assuming that planning came through and the Government made a decision to fund it, what difference would that make to the members of ISEFPO fishing out of Dunmore East? How would it assist them and make their lives easier and fishing safer?
